The Funeral Service of the late Marjorie Ackbar-Ali takes place on Saturday, 10th January 2026, at 9:00a.m. A.S.T at the St. Francis of Assisi R.C. Church , 39-49 Brierley Street, Sangre Grande, Trinidad & Tobago.
and Ayiesha I was deeply saddened to learn about Auntie Marjorie’s passing. My heartfelt condolences go out to you, the Luces family, and the Ackbar family during this difficult time.
Auntie Marjorie was so kind and sweet to me as a little boy. Auntie would always tell me "Bryan, you love to read” when I would come by your home for August vacation. Those were some good times I will always treasure.
Please know Denise, Sharon, Alicia, Ayiesha and all of the Luces and Ackbar family you are in my thoughts and prayers
May we all find comfort in our memories and the love she shared. Auntie Marjorie’s spirit will continue to live on in our hearts.

Sincere condolences to the family of Nen especially Denise. Sharon and Alicia . Nen was an amazing example of how a mother should be . Nen displayed a strong but quiet demeanor and was a go getter . She always gave great advise and made you feel love and important . I loved her flour pastel but never got that recipe . lol ! Going to visit my friends how’s was a quiet escape for me and Nen already made me feel welcomed . Which I said the words to her of how being around her impacted my life in many ways . Love you Nen . Rest in heavily bliss . ❤️🙏🏿
